Bring Back the Bayou is a student organization affiliated with the University of Wisconsin – Madison. We are advising the Holy Cross Neighborhood Association of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans on options for restoring their neighborhood wetland — the Bayou Bienvenue.
